Design & Development Services Limited (DDS) is a building company based near Bristol that specialises in housing design and development in the South West.

DDS specialises in residential properties and has a reputation for building houses to a high quality standard using local materials. DDS is responsible for the entire process from design right the way through to the finishing touches on your new home. This means we are able to maintain a high level of quality control and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

What is the NHBC
NHBC, (the National House-Building Council), is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. Our role is to work with the house-building and wider construction industry to provide risk management services that raise the standards of new homes, and to provide consumer protection to new home buyers.

NHBC Buildmark warranty
'Buildmark' is the name of NHBC's 10-year warranty and insurance cover. It is designed to protect owners of newly-built, or newly-converted residential housing, if a problem does occur in a new home registered with NHBC.
